Hi! I’m Pam Laricchia.
I have been a small business owner with an active online presence for more than a decade. I have in-depth experience creating and managing a wide range of digital products and tools, including websites, mailing lists, ebooks, podcasts, courses, and communities. And I also love developing and tweaking the processes and systems that support them.
In fact, I love the online business development side of my business so much that I want to use my expertise to help other small business owners get this aspect of their business under control too!
My background
I graduated from McMaster University on the Dean’s List with a Bachelor of Engineering and Management. It’s a unique five-year program, combining an engineering degree (for me, engineering physics) and a commerce degree.
I worked for almost ten years at a nuclear power station, starting in maintenance engineering, but I soon migrated to roles where engineering and technology met business needs. I developed systems and software to support the information needs of the various maintenance departments. When that was successful, I did the same with the outage group, where information is key to minimizing very expensive outage time. And then to the new data warehouse project, understanding systems and data needs at an even higher level.
I left that job to focus on parenting my three kids, which was an intense and complicated system of another kind. As they got older, I started my own small business, which has grown over the last decade to include an active online presence, involving websites, podcasts, online courses, an online community, mailing lists, book writing and publishing, as well as creating and managing all the systems that help these various aspects of my business run smoothly.
Now I’m excited to help other small business owners, like you! Let me take care of your online tech and systems details so you can reclaim your time, expand your reach, and recapture the joy of your role as the CEO of your business.

Behind the scenes
What else do I do for fun?
I immerse myself in small business-related books, podcasts, and blogs and checking out new software. I also enjoy playing video games and am learning to code my own. Right now my engine of choice is Godot. And I continue to explore how wonderfully unique human beings are, the many ways they like to engage with the world, and helpful tools for navigating relationships with grace and compassion.
