Privacy Policy

I'm Pam Laricchia, and I offer tech support and thinking-partner services to online business owners.
I take your privacy seriously and keep things simple: I collect only what I need to work with you, and I never sell your information.
What I collect, and why
When you contact me. If you email me, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to share. I use it only to reply and to work with you.
When you book a call. My booking calendar asks for your name, email address, and any notes you add, so I can confirm the call and prepare for it.
When you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I see your name, email, and the amount paid, but I never see or store your full card details.
When we work together. To support your business, you may give me access to your accounts, such as your website, mailing list, or other tools, and share information about your business. I treat all of it as confidential, use it only to do the work you've asked for, and never share it with anyone else. Any logins you share are stored in an encrypted password manager, never in email or documents.
When you visit my website. My website is hosted by Squarespace, which collects basic information about visits, like pages viewed, browser type, and general location, and uses cookies to keep the site working and to show me overall visit statistics. I don't use this to identify you personally.
Services that help me
I use a few trusted services to run my business. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy:
Squarespace, for my website
Google Workspace, for email and my booking calendar
Stripe, for payments
Zoom, for our calls
Dashlane, for securely storing client logins
I never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I only share it if the law requires me to.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as I need it to work with you, and as required for business and tax records. When our work ends, I delete my login information and I encourage you to change any passwords you shared with me.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to see the personal information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, unless I'm required to keep it, such as for tax records. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies.
Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with the date it changed.
